Change management

Change management is one of the key competencies necessary for staying competitive and adapt to a changing environment.  LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method helps us learn and develop people to manage change.
Change management workshop combines change theory with practical activities that help participants understand the processes and challenges of change management.

The goal of this workshop is to teach participants how to identify the need for change, how to develop a change management strategy, how to manage resistance to change, how to assess the impact of change on the organization, and how to evaluate and monitor the results of change.

Design thinking

Design thinking is a process used to solve complex problems, focusing on creating solutions that meet the needs of users.
The method consists of five phases: empathy, problem definition, idea generation, prototyping and testing.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method can be used as a tool in the stages of idea generation and prototyping, as it enables creative thinking and the construction of physical models that can be very useful in testing solutions. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is also used to foster empathy and improve understanding of user needs, a key element in design thinking.

Design thinking and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® are used together to achieve a deeper level of creativity, empathy and collaboration in the problem-solving process.
Design thinking training typically includes activities that help participants understand the design thinking process and apply it to real-world challenges. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method helps participants to visualize and conceptualize ideas, as well as to think creatively and generate new ideas, and to face the challenges of design thinking in a creative way.

Organizational development

Organizational development is specialized training that focuses on improving organizational efficiency and productivity through the development of people, processes and systems.

Organizational development training usually includes various techniques and tools to analyze organizational structure and processes, as well as to plan and implement changes that will improve organization’s performance.

In organizational development workshop, LEGO® bricks are used as a tool to encourage creativity and innovation, and to facilitate dialogue between employees and leaders. Participants are encouraged to use the bricks to build models that represent their ideas and concepts and exchange ideas and solve problems. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method helps participants to take an active role in the process of organizational development and engage in the creative process of finding solutions.

The goal of this workshop is to teach participants how to analyze organizational processes and identify areas for improvement, and how to develop and implement changes that will improve organizational effectiveness. Participants will also be taught how to use tools and techniques of organizational development and how to work in a team.
