Development of team homogeneity and leadership skills

Team development and leadership skills present a bigger challenge today than ever before. With LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, it is possible to develop a whole range of teamwork skills, such as mutual communication and cooperation. Moreover, this method enables us to develop scenarios focused on understanding and dialogue, creating a balanced representation and involvement of everyone, thus reducing the gap between members within teams.

We place special emphasis on recognizing leadership potential and improving people management skills. We conduct scientific (psychometric) and in-detail skill assessment of existing and future leaders within the company in several dimensions (managing others, solving problems, motivation and influence on others, result orientation etc.).

We are able to do this by combining the first gamified quiz in the Republic of Croatia for assessing leadership potential and skills (the so-called serious game) and carefully designed scenarios.

This unique service provides companies with a scientifically based and in-practice validated assessment of their future and existing leaders within their company.

Team development

Learning outcomes – participants will learn to recognize and manage different work styles and perspectives, to listen and communicate better, to resolve conflicts and build trust. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method helps participants visualize and conceptualize information, create scenarios and models, and test and evaluate different ideas and solutions. 

The combination of theory and practical application of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method in this workshop helps participants develop skills that will be useful in their teamwork, especially in areas where an understanding of team dynamics and the importance of cooperation is needed.

Leadership 

This workshop is focused on leadership combines leadership theory with activities that help participants improve their team management skills and people motivation. 

The goal of this workshop is to teach participants how to be an effective leader, how to manage people, how to motivate and inspire their team, and how to set goals and strategies. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method helps participants visualize and conceptualize information, create scenarios and models, and test and evaluate different ideas and solutions.

Learning outcomes – participants will learn to recognize different leadership styles and apply them in different situations. Participants will focus on developing key leadership skills, such as creativity, innovation, communication, time management, problem solving and critical thinking. 

The combination of theory and practical application of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method in this workshop helps participants develop skills that will be useful in their work as leaders, especially in areas where an understanding of team dynamics, motivation and people management is needed.
