Specialized custom scenarios for human skills development
We are the first on the market to offer a complete service for the development of human skills. We are able to provide this by combining a detailed psychometric assessment of skills, abilities and traits based on neuroscience and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is applied in human skills training related to critical thinking, judgement, active listening and learning strategies.
This combination of assessments and trainings allows us to build precise individual development plans for each employee within the company and develop scenarios based on real situations:
- A psychometric assessment and an individual development plan, which identifies deficient skills, are conducted and drafted for all employees.
- All trainings have specifically developed scenarios according to the needs of employees and include examples of good practice.
- Workshops are organized in smaller thematic groups (up to 10 participants) according to shared deficient skills.

Learning outcome – participants will learn to identify and analyze problems, gather relevant information, think critically, evaluate arguments and make informed decisions.

Judgment and decision making
Judgment and decision making is a specialized workshop based on LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and focused on developing decision making skills. This workshop is a combination of decision theory, studies of good practice examples and practical application of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.
The goal of this workshop is to improve participants’ ability to evaluate different options and make decisions based on facts and arguments. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is used as a tool for developing creative thinking, brainstorming and analytical skills.
Learning outcome – participants will learn to analyze a situation, assess risks, identify opportunities, generate alternatives, evaluate alternative solutions and make a decision.

Active listening and negotiation (reconciliation of differences)
Active listening and negotiation is a specialized workshop based on LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and focused on developing active listening skills. This workshop is a combination of active listening theory, studies of good practice examples and practical application of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.
The goal of this workshop is to improve participants’ ability to listen to the interlocutor and understand their needs, perspective and feelings. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is used as a tool to encourage empathy, cooperation and sharing of ideas.
Learning outcome – participants will learn to ask questions, actively listen, recognize non-verbal communication and understand the interlocutor’s perspectives and points of view.
